What is a Juice Cleanse?A juice cleanse is a way to give your body a break from processed food and enabling your body to use energy to process and remove toxin build up in your liver, kidney and other digestive organs. Our Signature Cleanse range provides you with a variety of nutrients and minerals in a delicious juice blend.

What are some benefits of a juice cleanse?A cold-pressed juice cleanse can provide you with many benefits. Different people will have different results, but generally you will: Feel Refreshed: By detoxifying, your body will feel better and you will feel energised to continue to your healthy diet! Better nutrition will help you have more energy as well. Get the glow: Our cleanse juices are full of a variety of fruit and vegetables that can help your skin glow! The skin is one of our largest organs that helps to remove toxins, and the less toxins you have in your system, the more radiant your skin. Reset your health: A juice cleanse can reset your metabolism and help you to commence a healthier diet journey. By being more in tune with your body and being conscious about what you eat and drink, you can restart your journey to wellness. Reduce your bloat: A juice cleanse can help to get rid of nasties in your gut and improve your digestive system. Continuing your healthy eating journey, you may find you will digest food better and feel lighter!

Do I need fibre when on my juice cleanse?The Love nut mylk and juices do provide some fibre, however, cold-pressed juicing does get rid of most of the fibrous parts of the fruit and vegetables. We do provide psyllium husk as part of our Signature Cleanse to provide you with some additional fibre, however, you do not need to consume this, if you prefer to let the cleanse fully flush your digestive system.

Will I lose weight with a juice cleanse?As you will generally consume fewer calories on a juice cleanse, you may find you lose some weight. A juice cleanse should only be the start of your wellbeing journey and you will need to continue your healthy, nutritional food consumption once you have finished your cleanse.

What does the Signature Cleanse include?The Livity Signature Cleanse can be completed over 1, 2 or 3 days. You will be provided with 5 cold-pressed juices (500ml each) to consume throughout the day, and one nut mylk (500ml) recommended to enjoy in the evening. We also include a detoxifying tea to help you keep hydrated and offers a warm drink to enjoy. This amount of juices will keep you full throughout the day and you are encouraged to drink water between enjoying each juice.

Can I still exercise when cleansing?Each person's wellness journey is different and we do encourage you to move while you are cleansing. Gentle movement is best so if you are someone who does regular, heavy exercise, be sure to listen to your body and consider modifying your program while you are cleansing. Drinking plenty of water and getting a good night's rest are important parts of the journey.

Is a juice cleanse suitable for everybody?If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend waiting a while to do a cleanse. For those with who other pre-existing medical conditions (diabetes, heart conditions, etc.), we strongly encourage you to consult with your health practitioner before completing a cleanse. All advice provided by Livity is general in nature, and we are not health professionals. It is important that you listen to your body and consult with your doctor prior to completing a cleanse, especially if you have any underlying health issues.

What is the CABALA Juice Cleanse?CABALA stands for Carrot, Apple, Beetroot, Apple, Lemon, Apple, with the blend consisting traditionally of red, green and yellow apples. It is a single variety cleanse (you just get the one juice), and is generally recommended to consume 3L of the juice each day of the cleanse. You can choose to complete 1, 2 or 3 days of a CABALA cleanse. The juice is provided in 1L or 2L bottles.

Will I feel tired/hungry when doing the juice cleanse?Every person is different, so what you experience when completing your juice cleanse will be affected by your normal daily routines and how your body will react to the change in diet. You may experience fatigue, moodiness and some people may still feel hungry. It is important to listen to your body when you are cleansing and make sure to do it at a time when you can get plenty of rest. Your cleanse will include a guide on when to consume each juice, and some of the side effects you might feel.

Is delivery included?Juice cleanses and juicy packs currently include delivery in their online price. Orders can also arrange to be collected from Origins Market in Busselton (Thursday to Sunday) or The Garden Basket in Margaret River. Delivery times will be dependent on your location and will be confirmed once you have placed your order. Generally, Thursday morning or Sunday afternoon/Monday morning are delivery times.

When do I need to order by?We currently press twice per week, ensuring all our stockists can offer customers the freshest juice. Orders need to be placed by 6pm Monday evening for the Wednesday press and 6pm Friday night for the Sunday press. CLEANSE ORDERS are only pressed on Sundays.

Do I need to personally accept the delivery?We will liaise directly with you to confirm the delivery time and strongly encourage you, or someone else, to be present when the delivery is made, so the juices can be placed directly in the fridge. If you are not present when the delivery is made, it will be left at your front door, or in accordance with your instructions. Livity will not be responsible for any lost or stolen juices , or any changes to the product when left out for extended periods of time. Cold pressed juice is not treated, so you are strongly encouraged to refrigerate as soon as delivery is made, so please be aware of your delivery day/time.
